Re: What do you guys think aboutI think Thigpen is one of the most intriguing QB possibilities out there. McCown does not impress me. I would like to see Cantwell get some more reps. They say the backup QB is the fans favorite player in most towns but I like our number 4 better then 1,2 or 3 at this point. Obviously i realize our no 1 is set but 2,3 should be up for grabs. Getting rid of McCown might get us cap room for a DT. |

Re: What do you guys think aboutThigpen is OK, I mean he is definatly better than McCown, but I would rather trade for a 1st round pick and grab Tim Tebow for our future QB. Don't get me wrong, Thigpen only threw 12 INTs on a mediocre team on top of that, but his QB rating was only 76- even though thats tolerable for a rookie, he only completed 54.8% of his passes. While I would take him, I'd prefer a Tim Tebow or Colt McCoy. |
