Re: Calming thoughtsI don't like the article, it has a very condescending tone to it.

Re: Calming thoughtsThey always say that once the season starts a player never feel right until 2-3 weeks after the season is over---to have all the fellas nicked-up in training camp becomes concerning from the prospective that they may nag-on-them all season long, whereby you'd like to at least start the year off w/o a bunch of guys carrying a bunch of injuries into the very first game....there just doesn't seem like there is ample time to get guys to 100%...that is what the off-season is for...well see... |

Re: Calming thoughtsno you're right. You may say oh ther injuries will be good for the first game but these are all nagging issues. I hope I am wrong but I think Beason is preparing us for what is to be-he won't be playing this year. JStew, Beason, Godfrey. Will we look back next year and they say, "well you know last year I was dealing with pain all year but this year Im good"? |

Re: Calming thoughtsGood point. When he first got hurt I was thinking that we'd be just fine without him, but from what I've seen from the 1st team D thus far, I realize that I was very wrong. |
