Re: DefenseWe lack any nastiness on that side of the ball. You can't have a good defense without some nasty, mean guys. It's not possible. We have some talented guys, but we need some nasty guys to really drive that show and make the talented but nice guys play at another level. |

Re: DefenseI see no fire on either side of the ball!! I agree with ohforreal...we need some nastiness! I don't see any body stepping up and being a leader. I think we need to let Peppers go (two tackles) and use that 16 million to get somebody who wants to play....Any real pressure on the QBs appear to be coming from our other ends. I look for him to do something every week...and nothing! That 16 million could be put to a better use. |

Re: DefenseIt wouldn't matter if anyone was hurt or not, our D was gonna b terrible this year. After they fell apart throughout the season last year, and Meeks coming in and telling players to swat at the ball and run 40 yards down the field with the ball carrier before they try to make a damn tackle. Plus Fox's terrible coaching mixed with a Peppers who seems like he couldn't care less about playin football this year, it was bound to happen. |
