Draft thread.....

Well its the Christmas of football. Time to see what new toys John Fox and the Panthers have to work with. I would be surprised if we draft on the first day unless a stud receiver drops to the late first round.

But Friday is when it starts to pick-up for us, and hopefully they come through again with some more studs to get excited about.

My predictions for our draft will be 1 OL (G/C combo), 2 DL (DE, and DT), 1 LB (For depth) , 1 QB (a late-round project) , 2 WR (Receiver in the 2 or 3 round, and a late round athletic receiver).

Panthers have to take a WR with their first pick. Either Golden Tate or Arrelious Benn.

I would go with either WR or DT whichever the better option at our first pick is because we desperatly need both.

Remember when M. Ditka was with the Saints...done traded all other picks in order to go up and draft one Ricky Williams...I want Hurney to do this too...so with the first pick in the 2010 NFL draft the Carolina Panthers select N DT N. SSSSSUUUUUHHHHperman :)

or even the GT beast 6-3 225 WR Demaryius Thomas...now you NFL DC's go a ahead...make our gamedays...go ahead and try and double cover 89!!!!!!!

Well, I can't imagine this thread being too busy tonight, I highly, highly doubt that the Panthers will be doing anything tonight.

I really hope one of them are there at 48 but I fear that they both will be gone by then.  The real question is does Hurney have the ok from Richardson to trade future picks?? If so I think they will trade up a few spots to take a player either at the WR or DL position that falls out of the 1st that they have a 1st round grade on.
