but I do think there are at least 3 reasons to sign Moose to a honorable and respectable one yr contract...those reasons being rookie WR LaFell, Edwards and Gettis! All three of these guys have the capacity to help the club next season and beyond.

I say keep 5 WR's on the roster with one guy floating back to the practice squad and let Moose do his thing as a player/mentor and/or qwazi player/coach with these rookie's!

In saying this I am also saying that IMO it is time to cut bait with D. Jarret...he can not accomplish what the Baylor rookie Gettis can---run the 40 in 4.37 seconds (89 gets what he wants a WR who can out run even him). I also think that this kids has more than what D. Carter had...not just speed but also a good start as overall WR skills...I do know that when the N team played Baylor this past season Gettis had the coaching staff very very concerned...he did have a good game, but not a great day...but than if I recall I think Suh and co. sacked the Baylor QB 8 times during the game...so there was no time for the deel ball...

Anyway some unconventional thinking from up here in the Heartlans...your thoughts????
