Carolina: Making average D players great

Ever notice how many star defenders Carolina seems to have, and then they go somewhere else and fizzle out? Will Witherspoon, Brentson Buckner, Kris Jenkins, and Ricky Manning Jr. are just a few that I can think of. That's why I'm pretty excited about this new DT, we might turn him into something great.

While this is definitely true most of the time.  I would say Jenkins is doing very well in New York.  But everyone else you listed is pretty accurate although Will is doing okay with the Rams too.
