Giants: Offense was Ranked 7th and their Defense was Ranked 5th
Fins: Offense was Ranked 12th and their Defense was Ranked 15
Ravens: Offense was ranked 18th(offense looks improved)Defense was Ranked 2nd
Steelers: Offense was ranked 22nd and their Defense was Ranked 1st

These stats don't make me feel any better, but it does put a couple of things in perspective. 

1st.  We must have had one of the toughest preseason schedules in the NFL.  We face the #1, #2 and #5 defenses from last year and the Fins were a servicable 15th in defense.  If we can learn a lot from facing these guys it can only make us stronger because we have to face 7 of the top 10 defenses from last year, which would be 3-6, and 8-10.

2nd.  Our 1st team defense face 2 of the top 5 power running offenses from last year and looked bad, but if that is as bad as it gets, I can live with it because we have the ability top fix the D-line with a solid DT and the D-line has come along. 

Just some thoughts on our preseason.  Its not like we were playing the Raiders, chiefs and Lions.  Get this the combined record last year was of the teams we played in the preseason was: 56-18
