just for the record personally i could careless if it is a 4-3, 3-4, 6-2, 4-2-1 etc., just have a D that is built upon being very physical in stopping the run, puts a premium on scaring QB's to death and one that is multiple enough to keep an Offense from locking into predictability...a defense that scouts itself more than any offense ever does with the goals of coming after folks from different looks, coverages and pressure packages...if that is a 3-4 or a 4-2-1 so be it...just be multiple and pressure oriented...conversative bend but don't break styles of D are not IMO D's that players really and trully get geeked-up and stoked up about playing in...more times than not players want to play in schemes that they feel really allow them to attack an offense and allow them to create plays by being crazy aggresive with their skills...what ever the level of play....HS, college or pro's...guys want to really have the fun in playing football...conservative D is not always much fun! IMO...

Why do any of you think Big Cat is going to pay Cowher the 5 million + a season
he is going to be wanting?  I just don't see this happening, nor do i think a owner that wants a lockout will be first in line to pay said coach in a lockout season.
