Re: Our Draft, What we should dowe spent a 3rd round and a the 33rd pick in the draft on a player that isn't competent or confidant enough to get on the field. If we spent a 5th - 7th round pick on a project it would be a different story, but what was thought of on draft day by almost all observers as a awful pick has turned into a super awful pick. Little things like this have stacked up to the point that we have a dreadful team and have dug a exceptionally deep hole that we can't come close to climbing out of in one year. I don't have a clue how or why cheap ass Jerry Richardson is going to pay the top pick in the draft .....maybe Hurney can trade it for the entire 7th round after every free agent on our team walks. |

Re: Our Draft, What we should doRichardson has no problem paying players when the NFL isn't in a contract dispute with the players union.

Re: Our Draft, What we should doI don't want Luck! What if he's Harrington we already have 20 rookie qb's. I hear about these alleged Montana's all the time. I haven't given up on "The kid with the golden arm" yet. I would love to get a wr and dt. If we trade anyone let it be Connor, Brown or Williams, I say Williams because of his age. |

Re: Our Draft, What we should doin reply to several issues. I think luck will come out. His dad played in the nfl. He was league administrator for nfl europe so he is an nfl insider. I don't think there would b this much speculation if the nfl wasn't pretty certain he is coming out. I think AE can be great but we overpaid for the right to move up. And draft him. Conner has a broken hip I don't think he would b wortth anything to most teams. He is untradeable. |
