My guess is the RB is insurance for the return game.  Guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Hayden should be getting water for the rest of the team. Our D will no doubt wear down due to this horrendous schedule this year. Just get depth and fill in as needed-that is the plan, that is what we are doing.

That sounds an awful lot like the bend but don't break mentallity that the defense has as a whole.  At least its being addressed and I like that we're investing in the short-term and potentially the long term by getting young guys with a lot of upside.

I am reminded of the song that goes "Thought I was learn how to take, how to bend not how to break....but I was learning how to Die"  Defenses that learn to bend and not break ultimatly are learning how to Die. 

I want zero bending and only the breaking of a QB's heart and an O-line's will (of the opponent)!

Bend but don't break is the mark of a weak defense. You don't hear that kind of nonsense in PIT or BAL.

What are the chances of picking up either Corey Williams or Shaun Smith? Is there any place left to get the cap room to sign either one?
