I'm still a little worried that the Panthers are going to put Stewart on IR for this move.  If they are concerned about Stews condition, they may tell Jones they are going to sign him, but ask him to wait a couple of days to evaluate Stewart. 

The other unfortunate thing about this move is that it pretty much guarantees that they can't give both Jarrett and Moore a jersey on game days.

two great points wiley. ive been wondering just how bad stewarts injury is too. i guess all we can do is hold our breath until the announcment is made.
