if that's the case, then we should sign "justin miller" he was a returner for the raiders, i don't know anything about him, other than he ran two back for a score last season.

its official he wont be coming to the panthers until his hamstring gets better, I am guessing not until after week 1 will he sign

The only thing with signing Jones is Moore will end up the loser on gamedays.  No way Fox activates 5 WR.  He'll do the flip flop between Jarret and Moore all season with Jarret getting the majority of the games.  Sure would have liked another DT on the roster somewhere.
