I think we can survive a week or two without Jones, so I would rather Smith just catch balls and score Touchdowns. Also about Moore and Captain remember they were trying to make a team, so they were probably trying to force a few of those catches when usually they would just call fair catch. I hope with the pressure of making a team not on their back anymore that they can hold on, maybe make a play or two, and don't make a mistake until Jones is healthy enough.

On a side note, who will be released once they sign Jones?

Do we not remember the return Munnerlyn had against Miami?  Him and Moore have potential, and a over a week to work on shoring up their punt fielding skills.  Also, I like the point about less pressure on them since they've got their rosters spots.

Agreed. We cannot afford to lose Smitty, for even a single play. Why not let Gamble take over the punt return duties? Oh wait, we tried that a couple years ago against the Vikings. Remember that? Gamble just turned around and blindly threw the ball backwards, without checking to see if someone was there to catch it. But anyways, they should let Moore take over the kick returns for now and not even put a punt returner back there. Just tell the team to run away from the ball on punt returns. lol
