Hook, I tend to agree with you (and Yasinkas). I could see us going into the season with our three youngest guns on the team. Moore will probably be allowed to walk unless we decide we absolutely HAVE to have someone with some playing experience that involved a few wins. But then that puts us back into the same boat as last year. I know we won't go after McNabb, or Kolb, or Orton, but I can still see us making a half-hearted run at Marc Bulger. Sure, if we let Moore walk and try and place Pike on the PS, we possibly lose two guys with potential to go after a semi-washed-up veteran. But if Pickles and Newton both struggle, we need someone who has considerable time under center ready to step in. Pike doesn't have the experience.
