The clubs running game seems to be derailed...if the OL can get it back on the track the O IMO can be OK and getting better each week!

The run D is mega concerning on two fronts...
1-a D that can be man handled and run on ends up with no startch in thier britches and/or no tough identity nor Swag...
2- poor run D makes poor CB play event more of an issue, cuz guy who need to consentrate all their abilites in stopping a pass now have to also support in stopping the run too dag-gone much

Inview of all the lost practice time and so many new things to learn...in combination with the last 2 preseason game...I dont think a playoff run is realistic, such would be much more miraculous...IMO things will need to go extremely well, with much good karma to finish the season 8-8....6-10 is probly a solid start to the Rivera/Newton Era...and realistically 4-12 is where I would put my che$$e if I had to make a bet based in highest probability...

Yes I will say 4-12 in hopes we can finish at .500 or better. I think if we split in the division, texas, minn, detroit, wash, jax, and tenn are all winnable games. That's 8-9 right there. Not good enough for playoffs this year but something to build on next year and repeat the magic of 2003 coming off a new regime and horrible 2 previous sets. History just might repeat itself. But I think Cam and co. will be fun to watch this year.

It has a lot to do our division and the win totals our rivals amassed last year.  I feel like we are a 6-10 team, but if our OL can get better and Cam can protect the football and play a solid QB we could probably be 8-8 or 9-7.
