Dwayne Harris released by Cowgirls, Armanti say bye-bye

Look I don't hate app state, so don't go there.  But armanti edwards is clearly a bust and our ST still suffers from lack luster returns, granted some of that is blocking.

time to cut ties because Dwayne Harris was released by cowgirls just now and he looked fantastic in pre-season.  Much more potential than armanti.

Time to cut ties.

How is he a bust? Last year he never has a chance to even play and this year he has made huge strides forward. If our guys would give him some blocks he could get some yards. Cutting ties is a bit premature... We gave up too much to give up on him so fast. Give him one more full offseason without a lockout and he will improve even more.

Edwards is a huge bust. He might have been better off left at qb. He has done nothing good. Not even flashes. Dwayne Harris is solid and has big game capability. Sign him and shore up the ST's.

I have mixed feelings about AE...keep waiting & hoping he will make a play sometime soon...did I say I was still waiting for AE to make a play sometime soon...think the Wash game is game #7...WOW...

AE is, by way of zero plays made, beginning to prove my hypothesis that the Panther brass will take a draft chance on a local prospect who if he was not a local player they would have otherwise passed on drafting...

I ask this question...would the Panther brass have drafted AE if he was from Northern Iowa instead of App. State???? When I answer this ?...my answer 9 out of 10 times is N O spells NO...

AE is a scrub. Harris would be a huge upgrade over AE. DH is a capable receiver too.

Dwayne harris is so good thats why he got CUT.. Armanti is in his 2nd yr of completely converting positions.. Fox never gave him any chances so you have to view him as a rookie.. Look how long it takes true WRs that were high draft picks, they sometimes even take 3-4 years to get it..

First off you cant call a 3rd round pick a bust in his second yr.. Those mid to late rounders are picked on potential not on being ready to help right away give the kid some time.. And even if he doesnt work out after time still cant put a bust label on a high risk high reward type of pick.. bust is such an overused word in sports..
