I would take him right now over any of those 3 jokes we have right now. The panthers are the only team with a 3 headed monster at the QB spot, and I will name "it" Larry, Moe, and Curly. I, just like all the other fans, could not freaking wait for football to start back, and we deserve more than that display we had today. It's gonna be a damned shame come week 6 and I am gonna have to start wearing a paper bag on my head while watching the game in my living room.... a damned shame.

I see where Deezy is coming from.  Yes Garcia is known for playing in the west coast but he is also known for play pretty mistake free ball which is what we need and what JD is there for.  If he can not do it then......   

He is also known for taking teams to the playoffs and for wanting to start.  A plus but also a minus. If he is not starting then he will lobby to that is why he was released.  DO we want a QB controversy? Not sure if that is good or bad.  If JD plays like this next week what happens then?

And keep him as a backup?  Still would have the issues that would happen if we brought in Garcia and with more ???????.  Also do we cut McCown and bring up Cantrell then and now that Philly is done with Leman and they cut him bc they have 8 LBs do we pick him back up with the extra spot?

Jake will be demoted to Janitor and we'll bring back Steve Beuerlein to show these kids how its really done.

And we pick up Nick Goings with the extra Practice squad spot and then promote him to resident deity after cutting McCown and calling up Cantwell.
