having had 3 knee operations and a hip replacement myself...what the HEdoublehockeysticks...if a guy puts any work into the restrenghtening phase of rehab...the strenght is the first and fastest element to regain...

now being over weight and having a poor rehab workout desire...now that is a bad combination as demonstrated by the 330lbs tub of elephant seal giggle #79 himself...
