I never once said that our OL had a great day. But like I have been saying, Fox doesn't make the necessary changes during the game or during halftime. A normal coach would of slid protection over or left a RB / TE in to help. Fox won't do that. I would rather see him go beofre Delhomme. If Fox would of made those changes then we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Agreed on that point.  I know enough about our team and the NFL to know that Gross and Otah are tops at Tackle positions.  Wharton isn't a Pro-Bowler but he's above average.  Kalil is young and I have hope for Vincent, but they had equally poor games compared to Jake.  There were 10 other guys out there who all had rough days as well.  It was just all around poor play by the offense.

Also, why is not one flaming our Special Teams?  We SUCK there.  Jackson didn't even get touched on his return.  That play is what took all the momentum away and put the game out of realistic reach.

anyways, the offensive line did a descent job, there were a few blitz's that guys got in untouched but that was because there were more guys blitzing then blocking, however in these scenereos the QB are the ones that call the hot routes and blocking assignments and go from under the center to shotgun while mixing up the hike count to get the defence off rythem.

Delhomme did none of this, and to top that off he made absolutely terrible pass's, one behind smitty, two underthrowing smitty. Delhomme has one of the worst arms in the league he has terrible accuracy and terrible throw power. If anyone wants to argue that go watch any other quarterback play tonight and watch how much more velocity they have on the ball over delhomme's lame ducks

Your right, but maybe Jake needs to audible out of the play called or go to a shotgun formation. Jake needs to recognize the blitz coming. Afetr all, he is standing and has a full view of the defense.
