Re: Beason Lookin Like A BeastI fixed your post so that it could be clicked on and take the person directly to the site. So please no one blow up. I did it. If offends anyone or hurts anyone's feelings it was me and I apologize. There is no need to wonder because I am telling everyone I did it.

Re: Beason Lookin Like A Beastpreciate the fix. the thing i noticed was darius butler out there getting it in too.we picked him up week 2 or 3.. so he had to learn on the fly. could be that we like gamble, hogan, butler, and munnerlyn as our quartet going into a full off season. im stoked for this season no matter who we draft. |

Re: Beason Lookin Like A BeastDitto. This was the most exciting part of the video to me. Butler is driven to prove he should have never been cut by the Patriots and is an elite CB who deserved his draft grade. I have been a very strong proponent to the theory that our CB situation is not nearly as bad as everyone thinks. We all know Captain has heart and is best suited as a Nickel or Dime CB. Between Butler's progression in our system and Hogan's recovery I think we actually have a decent 1-4 CB rotation and have greater needs in the draft. However, I will post a few CB/S tweener prospects on my blog later this week. |

Re: Beason Lookin Like A BeastInjuries are different for each person and I think it is less heart and more weight. Larger people [height (ie Greg Oden and the slur of 7 footers whos careers were cut short from rather simple leg injuries] and weight wise) often have a tougher time recuperating from injuries. If they battled weight issues before the injury the fact that they can not battle that front while injured only compounds the issue, especially on weight bearing extremities such as Otah's knee and back. I think this is Otah's issue more than anything else. But according to his agent Eric Metz as of March 13, 2012, Otah is in great shape and "100 percent healthy." So we will see..... |
