No word on the pick, but I'm sure it's a veeeeerrrrrryyyyy late round one with a performance escalator that Otah's fat-ass will never reach. On a brighter note, sending him packing to the Jets frees up a cool million that we could use to sign Luis Castillo to bolster our defensive line depth.

McG--I am glad Hurney decided to stop holding out the hope that Otah would get better and I think probly Rivera helped Hurney in getting to the conclusion that paying a guy to sit around with the trainning staff is no way to build a wiinning football culture!

JD89...yep, Hurney has been either right on the mark or missing the mark totally! One begins to wonder if Fox was not or is not the only reason the club has been so off and on, up and down, with no consequtive winning seasons...Hurney is so off and on and up and down with draft pick successes...and as they say...what goes around comes around...the Panther have been as inconsistent as Hurneys draft picks!!!
