Re: Otah outNo word on the pick, but I'm sure it's a veeeeerrrrrryyyyy late round one with a performance escalator that Otah's fat-ass will never reach. On a brighter note, sending him packing to the Jets frees up a cool million that we could use to sign Luis Castillo to bolster our defensive line depth. |

Re: Otah outI wish he could have stayed healthy... But considering he could not I thinking this was a wise move by the FO. |

Re: Otah outMan this puts a hell of a twist on Hurney's recent draft success. We gave up a first for Otah...gone. We gave up a 1st for Everette Brown...gone. We gave up a second for Armanti Edwards...no production. We drafted Jenny Clausen in the 2nd round...terrible. Hurney needs to get it together or he should be cut loose. |

Re: Otah outMcG--I am glad Hurney decided to stop holding out the hope that Otah would get better and I think probly Rivera helped Hurney in getting to the conclusion that paying a guy to sit around with the trainning staff is no way to build a wiinning football culture!
