Re: Dwayne Jarrett.....Im sick of all this Jarrett needs to break out talk. He cant make the QB pass him the ball when hes open. He cant throw then run like the flash to catch it to himself! lol. I feel Jarrett gets the shaft alot of times because he doesnt block on running plays, thats fine but for petes sake just throw the ball to him on a passing play and he will make something happen. Hes trying to "break out" but its only so much he can do. |

Re: Dwayne Jarrett.....Reporter, I must say that I disagree. It is up to Jarrett to earn the trust of the coaching staff and his QB. Sure Delhomme may look to Smitty a lot, but Moose had plenty of catches and yards himself. Jarrett could not even earn time on the field durring practice. He was only given the No. 3 spot once Hacket went down. You can't say Delhomme didn't go to him because he came up with some clutch catches down the stretch, and like the article says :Delhomme isn't worried about him being in the wrong place. I'm not defending Delhomme. I just don't think that everything is Delhommes fault. |
