Our secondaryIs it me or are our corners and returning veteran safties undersized? Gamble looks like he weighs 175, and captian isnt much bigger then gamble, both are shoddy in coverage and hit as hard pop warners, same with our safties, i wish thomas davis played his original position, throw the ball deep on him and he'd crush you as hard, if not harder then mike minter and better in coverage.. i can dream right? |

Re: Our secondaryIMO Godfrey is a heavy hitter. I am very concerned that Munnerly is still our starting corner opposite Gamble, and Gamble looked like he was scared to death if Steven Hill last night. I feel like we might be in trouble if our front 7 can't create pressure. Our secondary is very suspect. |

Re: Our secondaryIt seems to flip flop every year. Captain fits in good on blitz packages but every down coverage he just gets handled. He has more heart than most but his lack of bump off the line does not overcome the lack of coverage. We need to find a diamond in the rough from another squad who can smash from the snap. Gamble got drug pretty bad by the rookie hill. Maybe it was due to preseason, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt right now... |

Re: Our secondaryGot a feeling that in due time #24 will replace #41 as the #2 CB...within the first 2 games for certain, if not within in the first qtr of game #1 -v- TB...Tampa will find away to get a V Jackson -v- Munnerlyn matchup and it'll be lightout for the always game and determined Captain...but lack of size coupled with lack of blazing makeup speed doom #41 to his best role as a #3 CB!
