I wonder what woulda happened if George Patton had told the news media...well we are going up against the Germans today...they have better tanks, bigger bombs, and their leader The Desert Fox-General Rommel is a proven leader...we are not there yet but we wanna someday be as good as the German army! Boy wouldnt those US troops be confident and raring to go tear into some German A#!

I think Rivera is a good coach too...but why in the H E would you even in the smallest ways tell our team they are not yet ready and they should aspire to be as good as this weeks competition! Sports psychology?...reverse sports pyschology I guess! Yes they are young and yes developing thru experience...but IMO it is silly to tell the team another team has what they dont yet have...subconsciously that gives these players an ALIBI and EXCUSE for LOSSING...that isnt smart at all! Build confidence not reasons to doubt!

Perhaps this is a area of coaching that coach Rivera should aspire to grow and develop...cuz as of right now he is not there yet as a motivator--IMO!

I don't think he tells them they are not ready, I think he tells them they are not playing to their potential. They are not! The team we have could dominate other teams if they play to their potential. We have a fast car in the race, but sometimes the driver is drunk...

So where is the youth and inexperience?

Seems the coaches coaching have less experience than do the players playing!!
