i know there are some young and inexpereinced guys who play and even start! but at some point one has to look at the overall core group of guys playing and those listed average over 6 yrs NFL experience! When factoring those vets into the equation...I dont think it is totally accurate to suggest that the guys playing the majority of snaps during a game are at large youthful!

The hedoublehockeysticks of it is is as those called young and youthful age those veterans end up going out the other end in retirment...I am guessing guys like Gross, Gamble, Davis etc dont wanna hear about the process of building stuff...they need to win in the now! Their career window is closing!

Given the experience of 6+ yrs for many a Panther starter...saying it is a young team as a excuse for lossing really becomes a fictitious alibi for lossing! And Rivera really should start saying it like it is!
