If a change has to be made I'd rather they lure Dungy out of the media booth over The Chin!

That said, regardless of the HC being Rivera, The Chin, Dungy or Timbucktoo I wanna a HC who desires to coach the most physical team in the NFL...that goal - to be the most physical team in the league would than frameup every football decision made...personnel, O, D, ST philosophy all governed by the goal to kick booty and be physical!

I like Rivera and really hope he has seen the light and begins to dictate the style of offense he really wants...physical...put the bit in Chuds mouth and allows him to utter the play call zone read 3-4 times a game!!! If Rivera can do this I think the team wins 6 out of the last 10 and he keeps his job! If he continues to allow the offense to be all about the finesse of zone read...to HEdoublehockeysticks with Rivera...bring on a new HC!

We have had enough of these laid back personalities!  This team needs a Cower/Holmgren/Gruden like attitude to come in here and light a fire under them.  I like Rivera, and I really hope the guy figures it out, but we need a coach to stand up and tell these guys when they play like crap, or pull them off the damn field when they play unmotivated, lackluster football! 

And, I agree that Chud needs to be limited in his play call abilities because it is clear that his ability to make adjustments is very suspect.

The thing is, Carolina has had some great coaches. But they were great before or after they left our team. It just doesn't seem to work out when they are here. I think a hard nosed GM/HC would be the ticket for us. We always have the laxidazy HC's and it just doesn't work. I cannot believe the talent we have we can only muster 1 win! Yes we have been close, but the motivation to finish is not there. I'm a fan of Gruden and I know he get's all mushy on MNF, but you never so that on the sidelines when he coached. He and Cower can bring that intensity we need. Dungy is great, but his low key approach is not what our team needs. my 2 cents...
