Re: Coaching optionsI hear what you guys are saying bout the desire to bring in a polished and proven HC...makes sense! and again, it blows me away that the club hired a "in process" HC in Rivera...it seems he is trying to figure out what he wants from his team...the plan should have been in place, and if it appeared to be in question or the developmental stages he should not have gone into the next phases of the interview processes IMO!

Re: Coaching optionsI'm sure there are many great College coaches that are ready to coach in the NFL. But I believe this team needs soemone with history and has enough motivation to get this team into the next gear. I think Gruden would be our best bet, he know's what it takes to win in the NFC South. Also he's a great QB coach, who will also help Cam develop into what we think he can be.. |
