Deezy I think you make a very good point about Chud.  i would fire Rivera though for not telling Chud what the hell to do.  Rivera is ultimately responsible for play calling defensively and offensively.

after the Hurney firing...I thought a light bulb went off with Coach Rivera and that he was going to put a stamp on the offense and thus demand a physical running style...

for the most part the past 3 weeks they have ran more traditional power type running plays and have used the zone read as a curve ball...

then yesterday...against TB...the first team this season to kickA$$ on the zone read...they go out and tryn make the zr the breadnbutter running play...sure as S!@T didnt fool TB with that bone headed decision!!!!

Once game 16 is over and they finish with a 4-12 season...Rivera and Co. will be goners!

Again...IMO this proves the point that being a pro football coach does not mean that all pro coaches are elite within their profession!

Many a HS coach seem to learn faster and overcome coaching learning curve problems better than does Chud...the zone read...fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me...Chud either doesnt get it or is to prideful to admit mistakes and cut his losses!!!!

fans of a pro team really should have the right to expect more professional expertise from a coaching staff than the current status quo....
