Gruden is not the answer. He lauded Joe Adams last night and was talking about how we use him to run big plays on cross routes or something. He seems desperate but we need someone with a more commanding personality. Let him go to philly, give us Reid!

By the way...not that he is a for real legit candidate for the NFL ranks...he is a legit sleeper coach who could do it if that was with in his goals...he seems totally married to Northwestern which is where he played...Fitzgerald in a hedoublehockeysticks of a interesting coacher who can motivate a rock to bleed water and if a guy can win at Northwestern...that makes a guy a quality football coach IMO!

My take on Reid is that...yes...he is good...but he hasnt been really really good since that old defensive coordinator ? Johnson passed away...plus there have been way way to many times he has had to be reminded to run the football...and/or...I dont think he totally believes that a team must run the football and for my money I totally disagree with that noise and thus desire a HC for the Panthers that is insistent upon having a solid and consistent physical running game!

Gruden...I like him...but IMO he is a bit on the look at me show boaty side...Really he needs to keep all those grimmices, frowns and squinty faces between himself and his towel! My God if he does that on the sideline on tv...what in the hedoublehockeysticks must he do in the mens room stall!!!!
