2 birds 1 stone theory: Bill Parcells GM and than let Bill Parcells hire himself as the new Panther HC! Give the tuna 2 yrs and at a minimum we would have a squad grounded in toughness...a team full of guys that have paid a price for being on the roster

2. Cowher (perhaps even as GM/HC combo)
3. McCoy ? (think that is his name...former Panther QB coach now with Denver-did nice job with spread stuff and Tebow in 2011 and prolly has learned more stuff from Manning this season...he maybe good for Newton?)
4. O'Brien from Penn St.

* Probabaly would prefer Gruden over either of those 2...for that matter...id rather have H Edwards over those 2 :-)

I find myself leaning towards McCoy...background as a good offensive coacher, did a creative coaching job with Tebow in 2011 so he is not unflexible and can adjust...I think any experience with Manning is viewed as a feather in ones cap...Plus the guy is not foreign to the Panther organization!
