Jake Delhomme is Dead to meI'm sorry, but i have to do this. The man is obviously done as an NFL QB. He is closing in on Ryan Leaf futility status. He took us as far as he can.

Re: Jake Delhomme is Dead to meBe careful what you say. An AJ Freely starting may have you haters beggin for JD back quick. As they are saying is to be the #2. How does Moore go from pushing for the #2 to being replaced by a guy that did not even go through training camp with us????? |

Re: Jake Delhomme is Dead to meFor some reason, I seem to remember a similar situation where a large percentage of our fans were clamoring for a backup we signed as a backup/heir apparent to Jake a few years back, to get the starting job. I don't exactly recall all the details but Jake got hurt and the backup who many were rooting for came in and ruined our season.

Re: Jake Delhomme is Dead to meThis is what I want to see out of Carolina! Put the QB who gives us the best chance to win in every Sunday. I still have to think that is Jake. He did lead us to a 12-4 and NFC South Championship last year. So I think he deserves a by!

Re: Jake Delhomme is Dead to meWell we did have a package for Ryan ready if he fell to #5 and we were the first to visit Flacco. We didn't even visit any of the QBs from this year's draft we will find out if that was smart or not. We picked Collins who seems to do well when not drinking and making racial slurs and fighting his own team mates, and apparently we were very high on Manning the P variety not the E variety. lol. |
