Fox must go!!Anyone else just have that feeling that Fox needs to go?? We are already 0-2 and our schedule will only get tougher and with they way our "D" is playing, it is going to be hard to make the playoff's. If we don't make the playoff's and go 7-9, 6-10 do you guys think Fox will be gone?? We never blitz and this bend don't break D isn't working anymore. There is justing something about Fox, it just seems like he isn't the coach he was when he got here. Our D seems flat. I think that no matter what out record is, if we don't make the playoff's, see-ya Fox. No excuse like in 2007 when he would say it is hard to win with your starting QB on IR. |

Re: Fox must go!!I think some people just want a head to roll bc they are angry. But the Steelers fans are glad their management never listened to them and hopefully ours doesn't listen to this. Fox is a great coach. |

Re: Fox must go!!It's too early for this question. Ask it again when the season is coming to an end. I agree with jayj6, Fox is a good coach, but he is a bit conservative and that makes him a lightning rod for criticism when that approach doesn't work well. Now if you asked about Danny Crossman, then my answer would be an emphatic yes! |

Re: Fox must go!!I basically wanted to get everyone's opinion on weather you think Fox will get fired if we go 7-9, 6-10 with no playoff's. Local media thinks it's almost certain if we don't make the playoff's. They say that Fox doesn't have a "built-in excuse like he did in 2007 when Jake was on IR". |

Re: Fox must go!!Yeah some people just want to make someone into Lee Majors (AKA The Fall Guy) Look at the adjustments the Offense made this week. It is not like the D can not make the same turn around next week. |

Re: Fox must go!!That is laughable. A GREAT coach?!?! A "great" coach would make in game adjustments and wouldn't let a team constantly blitz you without changing up protection. A "great" coach wouldn't let one player occupy 18 million dollars or roughly 16% of our cap. (Don't say it was Hurney, Fox had a lot of say in those matters). Give me Brown, Brayton and Johnson in a rotation and let me use the 18 million towards players who actually show up to play every play. Minus Beason and Davis our "D" usually looks uninspired. How can a coach come out and say that he didn't expect the Eagles, a pretty well known blitzing team, to bltiz 6!! And then not make necessary in-game/halftime adjustments?? Is Fox going to come out tomorrow and say that he didn't think that Matt Ran was a good QB?? Fox a "great" coach???? LMFAO. |
