Re: RELEASE DELHOMME AND FIRE HURNEY!!Actually Steve Young was on ESPN pretty much saying just that. His thought is that Jake has no proven ability this year to throw downfield which is giving the other teams the ability to choke up and take away the run and double Smith which shuts down the offense. IE. Second half adjustments in last two games and 12 turn overs in three games which you can blame on whoever you wish. I think Young may know a thing or two about the QB position and I am starting to agree with him. |

Re: RELEASE DELHOMME AND FIRE HURNEY!!jake has had over 10 turnovers since the cards game... he hasnt improved since , why is that our franchise is waiting untill our qb has nothing left in the tank?? let him go and train matt moore, hes the only qb on the team im excited to watch play.. all of jakes passes float in the air and are under thrown... EVERYTIME.... and our guys up in the offices should be fired for giving him a extension... not smart id say |

Do u understand that when the offence goes 3 n out every single possesion in the 2nd half it puts alot of pressure on the defence cause they have to basically start between the 40-50 yard line everytime. The defence DID put pressure on romo but he ran around like crazy and dodged sacks. The defence held the cowboys to 14 points....14 points.....14 points....14 points is GREAT defence.

Re: RELEASE DELHOMME AND FIRE HURNEY!!Sorry, but poor tacking and giving up 3rd and longs is not great defense. For the most part, the Cowboys were beating themselves. But I totally agree with you on the poor offense leading to 3-n-outs and then the poor special teams play, (they deserve a shout out too ) gave the Cowboys TERRIFIC field position so that they could score on 3 consecutive drives. |
