It's been a good run under Fox.  He's a good coach.  But the time has come.  We have a lot of talent on the team, and most of it is really young.  This team can be good for long time, but it's just not gonna happen consistently under Fox.  I'm not blaming Jake, I'm not even gonna blame Peppers.  It's Fox's responsibility to get us there, and he's not doing it.  It's time for us to move on.  Mr. Richardson, take the reigns and fire Fox.  Thanks John for everything you've done for us, but we need to take advantage of the talent we have, and you sir, are letting us down.
