If we don't make the playoffs.....Okay, if we don't make the playoffs its time to play Matt Moore, Dwayne Jarrett, K. Moore and anyone else we have invested time and money to. I am not convinced that these guys are complete busts yet. I haven't seen enough of them to say that. It seems to me that Fox doesn't like change and he may be playing the guys who are getting "paid". What little I have seen of Matt Moore, when Jake went down in '07, I liked. He's been in our system so he knows what we do. I like Jarrett's hands and his physicality. I know he's had trouble's in the past but he was talked about highly in camp. K. Moore seems to have the speed outside to compliment Smitty. What would we have to lose? At least we know ehere we are with talent and where we need to go in the off season. I just can't imagine an outside QB coming in and doing well. Thoughts? |

Re: If we don't make the playoffs.....I disagree, Jarrett is a bust. He's too stupid to learn the playbook/offense. Co-siggle K. Moore and I like M. Moore but I think there is a reason he's not been given the reigns-a reason we don't know. |

Re: If we don't make the playoffs.....Moore hasn't been given the reigns because Jake got a restructured contract with guaranteed money. He's one of the guys getting "paid". I would just like to see some fresh players. If they are not the answer then so be it. As fans we just need to know. |

Re: If we don't make the playoffs.....Is Fox playing Captain bc he is getting "paid"? Or maybe just maybe bc he earned his playing time unlike a certain WR? How about Moore who has made the field already this year (he makes nothing compared to Jarrett)? The only reason we are keeping the players you mentioned is bc we have invested in them it seems. Obviously they can not make the field for the most part. |

Re: If we don't make the playoffs.....Leo I don't think jay is writing off any notion that they are wrong but I think what jay is saying is that the players on the field have 'earned' their spot on the field and that just having a high salary isn't the only reason why they are playing. |
