Re: Sometimes changes are not so good. This new QB coach might be a big problem, but, as someone alluded to, this didn't start this year.

Re: Sometimes changes are not so good. All valid points, and I do agree Jakey has always been a "off and on" QB though out his career. He has for years tried to fit the ball in places that he shouldn't. I don't think we will ever see Jake of 2003 again and even then he was a decent but not great QB. In no way am I trying to pin this all on Rip but I am saying I have seen Jake overthrow receivers and make bad decisions before - just not like this year, he is overthrowing receivers like the rest of his career but instead of 3 or 4 yards overthrows, he is missing them like 10 yards or more. He has never been a consistent QB, good and bad games come and go, yet this year he has been consistently bad. I will still pull for Jake as long as he is starting for us, but I don't think there is anything that will change from what we have seen to start the season.
