How can fans on here still be defending Jake? Comparing this offense, to P. Manning and D. Brees?!?! Of course they can get away with only throwing 10 times a half and running the ball productively, its because they have a dangerous passing game!!! I am not going to blame ONLY Jake, I agree with Cali, it falls on both Jake and Fox. Jake has lost all confidence and at the first sign of failure he crumbles, that part is his fault. Fox is either too stubborn to realize it, too embarrassed to admit that they made a mistake with Jake or just has this false hope that he will wake up one sunday and be the Jake from 2003. Maybe, just maybe if Fox had pulled Jake earlier this season and sat him for a week he would be able to pull himself together. Instead Fox just keeps throwing him to the wolves every week and hopes he can make it. People can pick and choose plays that didnt involve Jake and use them as a reason to defend his poor play but you can use that same argument with EVERY mistake that EVERY player makes each week. I will not go as far to say that Jake is the only reason we have lost 7 games but clearly he has cost us more opportunities to win games than anyone else on this team.
