Nah...this isn't likely nor the change that we need. I can't imagine going backwards is hardly logical here. Besides the Packers and Capers seem pretty happy with one another.

Nah on that one too! You dont see much lateral movement in the NFL unless someones fired! You can't hire a coach away from another team if it's a lateral move.  You can only hire a contracted coach away if he'll receive a promotion. Trgovac was a rare exception, and whether he was fired or not is still fuzzy.

Look guys the thing is we're not THAT desperate to start bringing back old coaches. If things play out and Cowher is the HC he will likely shake things up quite a bit but I dont see bringing back Capers as a move he'd make. If Cowher really wanted to hire away Capers who's currently under contract he would have to work out compensation with the Packers.  Either with some draft picks or some money changing hands.  But with the limited supply of draft picks the Panthers have next year, this isn't really an option. Besides in the Cowhers senario I think Meeks has a fair chance of hanging on!

But this is all just specualtion and conjecture anyway so, I guess we should wait out the end of the season first!

rather have del rio back as the dc than capers...and with the texans growing weary of being mediocre thats a possibility i guess.
