Bash me if you like, but I honestly think we are lacking effective leadership on the defensive side of the ball.

Kemo was a hell of a lot more valuable to our team than I gave him credit for being, and if he was a vocal leader then he just might have been invaluable.  I would love to see Beason add a little more fire to his attitude, Ray Lewis like, because our defense seems to need that little spark to get going on a regular basis.
