Should this be true...there is much merit for such. there is some tweeking and improving to be done here and there but it not as if this team "as is" is like the teams in TB, St.L, Cle, etc., a couple 2-3 yrs away and 5-6 players away as well. The Panther have a solid roster which can be improved upon with a player or two. Sumtimes when a new HC comes in there is a one step forward two steps back ward transitional period that can take place...as close as this current team is...why take such a risk.

I've never been one to get on the FireFox bandwagon, even though I've posted on threads that hosted talks about it. I think we're seeing now that Fox and Co. have had a stacked deck (injury-wise), and just tried to be a little too loyal to Jake. Can you really blame him, though, for sticking by the guy that got him to the Big Game in his second season as HC? I don't want a new coach, I just want Fox's philosophy of great D, a smashmouth running game, and the playaction pass to come to fruition with the right personnel. I think we truly are only a few pieces away from another Superbowl run. Draft a #2 WR for Moore, a quality backup QB with vet experience (I'm thinking Sage Rosenfels) get Pep re-signed, get younger at DT, and bring in a return specialist. I think those are the pieces necessary.
