as far as wearing all black, i think you have to submit some weird paperwork to the league office if you even want to attempt to wear anything new, so unfortunately, i don't think it is the type of thing that the panthers could keep secret, even if they did want to do it.  not like the way that duke  basketball unveiled their black uni's about ten years ago.  for a home game early in the year, they just took the floor in them.  no notice, just ran out of the tunnel and that was the first anyone had seen of them.  now that was sweet and if the panthers ever could pull that off, it would be a game that i woud love to be at.
