Jarrett Gets some props...I just saw Jarrett was in the top 5 catches of the week. He was number 3. I was watching highlights of the game and I have to say, I do not think he is a bust like some have said he is. I think he will see some more reps going into next year... |

Re: Jarrett Gets some props...I for you was ready to call him a bust but I think he has earned a shot to come back next year. His numbers were not great, but he made some great catches and he deserves to have a shot at playing with a QB that isn't going to only throw to Smitty. |

Re: Jarrett Gets some props...Listen! We can't go off of 1 game where the other team rested their starters and ignor the last 15 games and 2 years! He had opportunities he couldn't beat out colbert, carter or K. moore. There were games and preseason games where Smith and Moose or just Moose was out and he did nothing. I afraid we give him another shot and more money and next year its the same ole thing put 15 guys on the 5'9" Smith and the other guys do nothing, now for 6 years.

Re: Jarrett Gets some props...I guess you think Matt Moore isn't the answer either because he only has a few games under his belt! Listen, I don't think Jarrett was given a fair chance with Jake under center who was always focusing on and forcing passes to Smitty. Every time Jarrett was thrown to, he caught the pass AND he almost always took a hellatious hit. As I mentioned in another post it seems that the whole team played with more fire after Matt Moore took over. I think if we had more games left, Jarrett would be the #2 reciever next to Moose and people would be wondering where Jarrett has been this whole time. If he was like Roy Williams (Cowboys) then I would say he's a bust. But Jarrett actually catches the ball. |

Re: Jarrett Gets some props...I for one was ready to get rid of him, but have changed my opinion. He has not impressed anyone of us until yesterday and that's not reason to keep him. However, he may be more productive with Moore in because he doesn't lock into one WR like someone else we know....he's got one year left on his contract. I say keep him, get rid of Moose and let's see what he can do as a true number 2 WR. |

Re: Jarrett Gets some props...I agree with socal, When he was given a chance he played well. I saw several plays this year where he got us the much needed yardage in a pinch. Shoot he made a catch yesterday and landed on his head and popped right back up like it was nothing. I have seen him do that twice this year. I defended Jake for a long time, and I honestly do not think he is done. He may be done as a starter for us, but I really do not think he is done totally. I say that because I honestly think he play this year hindered some players from really getting a chance. Our team has come to life under Matt Moore. I am not only talking about our Offense, the Defense has played lights out and proved they can play. So starts the long offseason of speculation and questions but when it comes down to it, we finished the season strong and have something to build on next year. |

Re: Jarrett Gets some props...All I'm saying is there was a game when Moose was hurt and he did nothing as for Moore I was sceptic but he looks real good some of those passes he threw sunday was incredable. Jarret has hands no one can take that from him but he has a real problem getting open and separation thats why he has dam near no yac. Jarret wasn't the only one who looked good sunday so did Moose so you guys want to have the same wr corp? |
