Re: Jonathan StewartNeither if these will ever happen! Are we forgetting we are a run based offense? What's with everytime we have success at one position and a deficiency at another we began clamoring to trade away our strengths to beef up our weakness. It just sounds absurd to me. With the nagging injuries we have had at RB it should be obvious to everyone that we have to have both 28 an 34 to maintain our ground threat...not to mention this is a two back league. We need to get better at WR but certainly not at the expense of the ground game. I really believe our recent improvement at the QB spot will go a long way in bolstering our passing game. |

Re: Jonathan Stewart100% agreement. Both 34 & 28 have been ultimate team players these past two seasons and the Panther idenity on O is founded upon these two guys at present. Yes...it is very much a two back league and the Panthers have the very best pair...why give/trade away a team strength! Plus...see Denver Broncos RB situation in the '08 season...the more quality backs the better...so do not trade Sutton either!!!! |
