Jake Delhomme's a good guy, too...

Really not quiet sure what the knock is on TEBOW other than most people lost to him and he pissed off alot of fans for it...I mean really the kid only won  at everything he has has ever done...I mean seriously someone educate me on why is Pike or say McCoy a better pro pick than Tebow...I mean he won in HS,won the NC in college what once or even twice,and won the heisman...I mean I'm not sure theres a better 3rd round choice out there...I mean he could be another Ryan Leaf or he could be the next Payton Manning....who on here can honestly say and if you can,give me some reasons....

This is just stuff that's been documented while he's been working out at the senior bowl:

fumbles snaps under center (fixable, but c'mon)
unbelievably long throwing motion
trouble hitting open recievers
trouble reading simple coverages
poor footwork

It would be one thing if if was maybe one of these things, but he's got a whole laundry list of things to fix before I'd consider using a draft pick on him.  Sure, he's got leadership in spades, but I've heard that description used on another QB on our roster....
