Wins & losses mean nothing in preseason but the way in which the Panthers first units have came out do mean something. If the first units on both sides of the ball are struggling, if they are coming out flat & unprepared, if they are just going through the motions with no intensity, thats a red flag. They already have a slew of injuries to starters on both sides of the ball & injuries always have been the achilles heel of this team. Im sorry, but Im worried about this. It will carry over into the regular season.

guys think about it. yes, the first game was a complete laugh of a game, but against miami delhome looked really good. he would of been 9 for 9 if not for 2 droped passes. deAngelo looked good as always even though the o line isnt hitting on all cylinders yet. smith and stewart hasnt even played yet. yeah the d looks bad right now but their getting used to meeks and all the new coaches. we have too much talent on d to be that bad. they will get better. i promise. as long as we keep getting a little better every time out we'll be fine.
