thats right concerning the trades of the compensatory picks. but if its a 2nd or a third we can trade our owned one. if im not mistaken we got a third a couple years ago and got charles johnson with it. also we definately wont get one for mark jones because i think it has to be a player you drafted.

Nope just training and didn't have time to really follow Panther news at my new job.  Also I was planning on avoiding the site for most of the off season.  Then with the site admin basically ignoring the requests you guys were making regarding the site which I kept passing on to him well.......  I probably will not be around here much after that. Plus now the site is banned at work.  Still rooting for the Panthers though and trying to find a site that I can access at work.  Typing on the iPhone is just too much of a pain!  LOL!


Manuel, comp picks do not even start til the end of the third round and a player being drafted by a team has nothing to do with them being considered a "qualifying player" mainly their contract as I stated previously.  With the contract that Jones got and his playing time he very well could be but less likely.  I am sure we will at least get two but up to four possibly.
